I'm a producer, composer, DJ, and host based in Los Angeles. I've interviewed Tom Morello, toured with Steve Vai, and somehow ended up in the same documentary as John Carpenter.
Other than quitting Google, I've mostly worked in entertainment as an artist manager, producer, and on-camera host in all kinds of places like Collider, Rotten Tomatoes, Shudder, Fandom, The Whirl Girls and Horror Hos.
I've been a CEO and a bartender. I've seen it all and I believe that music saves lives. I would have fully turned into the Joker without it. My goal is to spread love and revolution through art, and free humans from the mitote.
If you ask me what my favorite artist is, I'll laugh and start a long list until you cry. Ready? The Cure, The Chemical Brothers, Bjork, Erykah Badu, Electric Light Orchestra, Stevie Wonder, Mozart, Nine Inch Nails, Soda Stereo, Kali Uchis, Vangelis...
"Dorina's magical touch as a composer comes naturally. She's a charm to work with and always elevates any project she's on. She brings a wanderlust of ingenuity and creativity that's refreshing and inspiring. I hope to keep working with her whenever our stars align." - Polaris Castillo, Filmmaker
"When I bring Dorina up to anyone, I say how much I love her and everyone jumps in to enthusiastically agree that she is indeed the baddest of the bunch and we all adore her. She was supposed to DJ for like an hour and ended up behind the booth the whole dang time. Hire Dorina to make music for your movies and to DJ." - Angel Melanson, Fangoria Magazine
"Dorina is easy to work with and enhanced my feature comedy. She has great musical instincts. She punctuated the funny parts that I had expected, and surprised me with creative cues/melodies in moments I didn't see coming, to my delight. Dorina mixes top-notch talent with excellent professionalism." - Bin Lee, Filmmaker
